How to Use

1. Unlock and open the pressing handle.
2. Place a suitably sized piece of cheese, chocolate, or vegetable inside the chamber.
3. Close the handle and apply gentle, consistent pressure.
4. Hold the grater securely over a plate or bowl.
5. Rotate the side crank steadily until the desired amount has been grated.
6. Stop rotating before opening the chamber or removing remaining food.
