Terms of service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Overview

This website is operated by Salted Logic.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Salted Logic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this online store. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person who visits our website, creates an account, places an order, purchases a product, submits content, or otherwise uses our services.

Salted Logic offers this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, customer support, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell products to you. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Salted Logic and is not responsible for fulfilling, shipping, returning, replacing, or refunding products purchased from us.

These Terms of Service, together with our:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Shipping Policy;

  • Return and Refund Policy;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Checkout disclosures; and

  • Any other policies or notices displayed on the website,

collectively govern your access to and use of the services provided by Salted Logic.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase products from Salted Logic.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the website, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms;

  • You agree to comply with these Terms;

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate;

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and

  • You will comply with all laws applicable to your use of the website and products.

If you use the website on behalf of a business, organization, household, or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order independently.

A person under the age of legal majority may use the website only under the supervision and with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method and enter into the purchase.

Products containing sharp edges, heat-resistant components, cutting tools, electrical components, or other potentially hazardous features must not be purchased or used by children without responsible adult supervision.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update or replace these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Our business practices;

  • Our products;

  • Shopify features;

  • Payment services;

  • Fulfillment arrangements;

  • Applicable laws;

  • Security requirements; or

  • Operational needs.

The current version will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date.

Changes become effective when published unless applicable law requires a different effective date or additional notice.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Terms in effect when you place an order will ordinarily govern that order, except where a change is required by applicable law.

5. Online Store Use

Salted Logic grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes.

You may not use the website or its content for unauthorized commercial activity, resale, reproduction, data harvesting, scraping, or any unlawful purpose.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe that a user:

  • Has violated these Terms;

  • Has engaged in fraudulent activity;

  • Has interfered with website security;

  • Has abused our customer-support, refund, or chargeback processes;

  • Has infringed intellectual-property rights;

  • Has harassed customers, staff, or service providers; or

  • Has used the website in a manner harmful to Salted Logic or another person.

6. Customer Accounts

Certain website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password;

  • Restricting access to your account and device;

  • All activities occurring through your account;

  • Keeping your contact and shipping information current; and

  • Notifying us promptly of unauthorized account use.

You must not:

  • Create an account using false information;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Use another person’s account without authorization;

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or policies; or

  • Transfer or sell your account.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or a violation of these Terms.

7. Products and Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because Salted Logic works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, inventory information may change without notice.

A product shown as available when an order is placed may subsequently become unavailable because of:

  • Supplier inventory changes;

  • Warehouse stock discrepancies;

  • Product discontinuation;

  • Fulfillment restrictions;

  • Shipping limitations;

  • Quality-control concerns; or

  • Errors in inventory synchronization.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:

  • Cancel and refund the affected item;

  • Offer a suitable alternative;

  • Offer a replacement variation;

  • Delay fulfillment with your agreement; or

  • Contact you for instructions.

You are not required to accept a substitute. If you decline an offered substitute, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

We may limit the quantity of a product that one customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address may purchase.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment and Dropshipping

Salted Logic operates using a third-party fulfillment model.

We may work with EPROLO and its connected suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, and shipping carriers to source, prepare, package, ship, track, and deliver orders.

Products may be shipped directly to you from:

  • A warehouse in the United States;

  • A warehouse in China; or

  • Another available fulfillment location.

The fulfillment location may depend on:

  • Product availability;

  • Warehouse inventory;

  • Destination;

  • Shipping method;

  • Supplier availability; and

  • Operational considerations.

You may receive products in:

  • Supplier packaging;

  • Standard fulfillment packaging;

  • Separate packages;

  • Packages from different locations; or

  • Packages displaying the name or address of a fulfillment, logistics, or shipping provider.

The use of a third-party fulfillment partner does not create a direct sales contract between you and EPROLO, the supplier, warehouse, or shipping carrier.

Your purchase is made from Salted Logic. Questions, complaints, refund requests, and order claims must be submitted to Salted Logic rather than directly to a supplier or warehouse.

9. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product:

  • Titles;

  • Descriptions;

  • Photographs;

  • Dimensions;

  • Materials;

  • Colors;

  • Features;

  • Variations;

  • Care instructions; and

  • Usage information.

However, product information may originate from suppliers or manufacturers and may occasionally contain an error, omission, translation issue, or outdated detail.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual appearance may vary slightly because of:

  • Lighting;

  • Photography;

  • Screen settings;

  • Manufacturing batches;

  • Packaging changes;

  • Material variations;

  • Measurement methods; or

  • Minor supplier updates.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the identity or intended function of a product are not ordinarily considered defects.

Measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions and specifications before purchasing.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate product information and to update, modify, or discontinue a product without prior notice.

10. Product Safety and Proper Use

You are responsible for reading and following all product-specific:

  • Instructions;

  • Warnings;

  • Care requirements;

  • Assembly guidance;

  • Cleaning directions;

  • Storage requirements; and

  • Safety information.

Products must be used only for their intended household purpose.

You must not use a product if it:

  • Arrives materially damaged;

  • Appears unsafe;

  • Contains broken or missing safety components;

  • Has exposed electrical wiring;

  • Is cracked, deformed, or unstable;

  • Has an unusual condition suggesting contamination; or

  • Cannot be used according to the provided instructions.

Stop using the product and contact us promptly if you reasonably believe it is defective or unsafe.

Salted Logic is not responsible for injury or damage caused by:

  • Misuse;

  • Improper assembly;

  • Improper storage;

  • Unauthorized modification;

  • Failure to follow instructions;

  • Use by an unsupervised child;

  • Use for an unintended purpose;

  • Exposure to temperatures or conditions outside stated limits;

  • Continued use after visible damage; or

  • Normal wear and tear,

except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Kitchen and Food-Contact Products

Some products sold by Salted Logic may be intended for use in cooking, food preparation, cleaning, storage, or serving.

Before first use, you should:

  • Inspect the product;

  • Clean it according to its instructions;

  • Remove all packaging;

  • Confirm that all components are present;

  • Review any temperature limitations; and

  • Confirm that the product is suitable for your intended use.

Do not assume that a product is:

  • Dishwasher-safe;

  • Microwave-safe;

  • Oven-safe;

  • Freezer-safe;

  • Heat-resistant to a specific temperature;

  • Food-contact safe for every type of food;

  • Suitable for children; or

  • Compatible with every appliance or surface,

unless the relevant product page or manufacturer instructions expressly state this.

You are responsible for checking compatibility with your cookware, appliances, storage conditions, and intended use.

12. Sharp, Heated, or Electrical Products

Products involving blades, sharp edges, heated surfaces, electricity, batteries, or moving components must be handled with appropriate care.

Such products should:

  • Be kept away from children;

  • Be stored safely;

  • Be used only as instructed;

  • Be disconnected or switched off before cleaning where applicable;

  • Not be used if damaged;

  • Not be modified; and

  • Not be left operating unattended unless specifically designed for such use.

Salted Logic does not provide professional culinary, medical, electrical, engineering, or safety advice.

13. No Medical or Professional Advice

Information available on the website is provided for general product and shopping purposes.

Nothing on the website constitutes:

  • Medical advice;

  • Nutritional advice;

  • Food-safety certification;

  • Professional culinary advice;

  • Electrical advice;

  • Engineering advice; or

  • Any other regulated professional advice.

Product statements have not necessarily been evaluated by a governmental or regulatory authority unless expressly stated.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where your intended use involves health, allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, commercial food preparation, or another specialized concern.

14. Prices

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed for the United States market are shown in United States dollars.

Prices may change at any time before an order is accepted.

A price displayed in:

  • A promotional banner;

  • Search result;

  • Collection page;

  • Advertisement;

  • Cached page;

  • Social-media post; or

  • Third-party website,

may differ from the current price displayed at checkout.

The price shown and accepted at checkout ordinarily controls.

We may offer different prices in different markets because of:

  • Currency conversion;

  • Local taxes;

  • Shipping costs;

  • Market settings;

  • Promotions;

  • Operational costs; or

  • Other lawful commercial considerations.

15. Pricing and Typographical Errors

We attempt to provide accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information because of a technical, typographical, supplier, currency-conversion, or system error, we may:

  • Correct the error;

  • Contact you for instructions;

  • Cancel the affected item; or

  • Refund the amount paid.

Completing checkout or receiving an automated order confirmation does not require us to fulfill an order based on an obvious pricing or product-information error.

If an order affected by such an error has already been charged and is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

16. Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges

Applicable sales tax or similar taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on available information and legal requirements.

Products shipped internationally may be subject to:

  • Customs processing;

  • Import taxes;

  • Duties;

  • Brokerage charges;

  • Inspection fees; or

  • Other government charges.

Where such charges are not expressly included in the checkout price, the customer may be responsible for paying them.

Salted Logic does not control governmental assessments or customs-processing timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that a product may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used at the delivery destination.

17. Orders and Order Acceptance

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase.

Receiving an automated:

  • Order confirmation;

  • Payment authorization;

  • Confirmation email; or

  • Order number,

does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

An order is ordinarily accepted when it enters fulfillment or is shipped, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or description errors;

  • Payment failure;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Unusual purchasing activity;

  • Invalid customer information;

  • Shipping restrictions;

  • Quantity limitations;

  • Regulatory concerns;

  • Resale activity;

  • Abuse of promotions;

  • Previous policy abuse; or

  • Inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

18. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

We may request additional information before processing an order, including:

  • Confirmation of identity;

  • Confirmation of billing information;

  • Confirmation of shipping information;

  • Payment authorization;

  • A response from the email address used for the order; or

  • Other information reasonably necessary to prevent fraud.

We may delay, hold, or cancel an order if requested verification is not provided.

We may use Shopify, payment providers, fraud-prevention services, address-verification tools, and other lawful methods to assess transaction risk.

19. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method;

  • The information provided is accurate;

  • The payment method has sufficient funds or credit; and

  • You authorize the applicable charge.

Payments may be processed by:

  • Shopify Payments;

  • PayPal;

  • Credit or debit card networks;

  • Banks;

  • Digital-wallet providers; or

  • Other checkout providers displayed on the website.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, verification procedures, security requirements, holds, and dispute processes.

We do not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers or card-security codes.

20. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately to:

support@saltedlogic.store

A cancellation request is not guaranteed.

An order generally cannot be cancelled after it has:

  • Entered fulfillment;

  • Been purchased from a supplier;

  • Been packed;

  • Received a tracking number;

  • Been transferred to a shipping carrier; or

  • Been shipped.

If we successfully cancel an order before fulfillment begins, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Additional cancellation conditions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

21. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly provide a written guarantee.

Orders may:

  • Ship from the United States or internationally;

  • Arrive in separate packages;

  • Be delivered by different carriers;

  • Receive multiple tracking numbers; or

  • Arrive on different dates.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Salted Logic is not ordinarily responsible for delays, failed delivery, return, destruction, or loss caused by:

  • An incorrect address;

  • A missing apartment or unit number;

  • An invalid telephone number;

  • An unknown recipient;

  • Refusal of delivery;

  • Failure to collect a package;

  • Failure to cooperate with customs;

  • Failure to respond to a carrier; or

  • An inaccessible delivery location.

Nothing in this section limits a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Risk of Loss and Delivery

Risk of loss will pass as determined by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, an order is treated as delivered when carrier tracking records show that it was delivered to:

  • The shipping address provided;

  • A designated safe location;

  • A reception desk;

  • Building personnel;

  • A parcel locker;

  • A household member; or

  • Another location authorized by the recipient.

You should promptly inspect packages after delivery and report qualifying problems within the periods stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

23. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and order claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Except where required by applicable law, Salted Logic does not accept buyer-remorse or change-of-mind returns.

Qualifying claims may include:

  • Material shipping damage;

  • A verified manufacturing defect;

  • An incorrect product;

  • An incorrect variation;

  • A missing essential component;

  • A confirmed lost package;

  • An unavailable product; or

  • An order that cannot be shipped.

Customers must contact Salted Logic before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.

24. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;

  • Discounts have no cash value;

  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed;

  • Discount codes may expire;

  • Discounts may exclude certain products;

  • Discounts may be limited to one use per person or household;

  • Discounts may be cancelled where abuse is suspected; and

  • Refunds are based on the actual amount paid.

We may modify or withdraw a promotion before an eligible order is completed, subject to applicable law.

False countdown timers, false scarcity claims, or misleading promotions are not part of Salted Logic’s authorized marketing practices.

25. Gift Cards and Store Credit

If Salted Logic offers gift cards or store credit, additional terms may apply.

Gift cards and store credit:

  • Are not redeemable for cash except where required by law;

  • Must not be obtained or used fraudulently;

  • May not be replaced if lost or stolen unless legally required;

  • May be subject to lawful expiration or inactivity rules; and

  • May be cancelled if obtained through fraud, error, or policy abuse.

26. Reviews, Comments, and User Content

You may be permitted to submit:

  • Product reviews;

  • Comments;

  • Photographs;

  • Videos;

  • Testimonials;

  • Questions;

  • Suggestions; or

  • Other content.

You retain ownership of content you create. However, by submitting content to Salted Logic, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Host;

  • Store;

  • Reproduce;

  • Display;

  • Publish;

  • Format;

  • Translate;

  • Adapt;

  • Distribute;

  • Promote; and

  • Use

that content in connection with operating, improving, and marketing Salted Logic and its products.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to use content that you authorized us to publish, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

You represent that:

  • You created the content or have permission to submit it;

  • The content is truthful;

  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights;

  • The content does not contain confidential information;

  • The content does not contain malicious software; and

  • The content does not violate applicable law.

We may remove or decline content that is:

  • Fraudulent;

  • Misleading;

  • Defamatory;

  • Abusive;

  • Obscene;

  • Discriminatory;

  • Unrelated to the product;

  • Commercial spam;

  • Infringing;

  • Unlawful; or

  • Submitted in exchange for an undisclosed incentive.

We will not remove a genuine negative review solely because it is negative.

27. Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily submit an idea, suggestion, improvement, or general feedback regarding Salted Logic, you acknowledge that we may use it without payment or obligation to you.

This section does not apply to confidential information submitted under a separate written agreement.

28. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including its:

  • Name;

  • Salted Logic branding;

  • Logo;

  • Graphics;

  • Layout;

  • Original photographs;

  • Written copy;

  • Product-page arrangement;

  • Icons;

  • Design elements;

  • Videos; and

  • Other original materials,

are owned by or licensed to Salted Logic and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product photographs, trademarks, manufacturer names, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy substantial portions of the website;

  • Reproduce our branding;

  • Republish our original content;

  • Use our trademarks;

  • Create confusingly similar branding;

  • Scrape product information at scale;

  • Sell or license website content;

  • Remove copyright notices;

  • Frame or mirror the website; or

  • Use our content for unauthorized commercial activity.

Limited personal viewing and shopping use is permitted.

29. Intellectual-Property Complaints

Salted Logic respects valid intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content or a product listing infringes your copyright, trademark, design right, or other intellectual property, contact:

support@saltedlogic.store

Your notice should include:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • Identification of the protected work or right;

  • The relevant product or page URL;

  • An explanation of the alleged infringement;

  • Evidence of your ownership or authority;

  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and

  • A statement that the information provided is accurate.

We may remove or restrict content while reviewing a valid complaint.

30. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website or Services:

  • For an unlawful purpose;

  • To encourage unlawful conduct;

  • To violate intellectual-property rights;

  • To submit false information;

  • To impersonate another person;

  • To harass, threaten, or abuse another person;

  • To transmit malware or harmful code;

  • To interfere with website security;

  • To gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;

  • To collect personal information without authorization;

  • To scrape or crawl the website using automated tools without permission;

  • To manipulate reviews;

  • To commit payment fraud;

  • To abuse discounts or refunds;

  • To initiate knowingly false chargebacks;

  • To purchase prohibited products for unlawful use; or

  • To interfere with another customer’s use of the website.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, or report unlawful activity where appropriate.

31. Third-Party Tools and Services

The website may provide access to tools or services operated by third parties, including:

  • Shopify;

  • Payment providers;

  • Tracking services;

  • Social-media services;

  • Review applications;

  • Analytics providers;

  • Marketing tools; and

  • Customer-support applications.

These third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Salted Logic does not control every feature, interruption, modification, or security practice of independent third-party services.

Your use of an optional third-party service is at your discretion and subject to the provider’s applicable terms.

32. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content;

  • Third-party products;

  • Third-party privacy practices;

  • Third-party security;

  • Third-party availability; or

  • Transactions completed outside the Salted Logic checkout.

You should review the terms and policies of a third-party website before using it or providing personal information.

A link does not necessarily mean that Salted Logic endorses the linked website or its operator.

33. Privacy

Our collection, use, processing, disclosure, and retention of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, EPROLO, suppliers, warehouses, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

34. Website Accuracy and Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • The website will operate without interruption;

  • Every feature will always be available;

  • The website will be free from technical errors;

  • All product information will always be complete;

  • Inventory information will update instantly;

  • Tracking information will update in real time; or

  • Errors will always be corrected immediately.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for:

  • Maintenance;

  • Security;

  • Updates;

  • Technical problems;

  • Legal compliance; or

  • Operational reasons.

We are not liable for a temporary interruption beyond the extent required by applicable law.

35. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Information on the website may occasionally contain errors relating to:

  • Product descriptions;

  • Pricing;

  • Promotions;

  • Availability;

  • Shipping;

  • Delivery estimates;

  • Measurements;

  • Images; or

  • Variations.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order, subject to applicable law.

We are not required to update every historical reference, archived page, or previously published promotional statement unless legally required.

36. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not promise that the website will always be:

  • Uninterrupted;

  • Error-free;

  • Completely secure;

  • Available at a particular time; or

  • Compatible with every device or browser.

Products are provided subject to:

  • The description displayed at purchase;

  • Any express manufacturer warranty;

  • Our Return and Refund Policy; and

  • Mandatory consumer rights.

Except where prohibited by law, Salted Logic disclaims warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.

37. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Willful misconduct;

  • Gross negligence where it cannot be limited;

  • Death or personal injury caused by legally established negligence;

  • Violation of mandatory consumer rights; or

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salted Logic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses, including:

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of revenue;

  • Loss of opportunity;

  • Loss of data;

  • Loss of anticipated savings;

  • Business interruption; or

  • Reputational harm,

arising from use of the website or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salted Logic’s aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Salted Logic for that order.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law requires a different remedy or liability level.

38. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing product information before purchase;

  • Selecting the correct product and variation;

  • Providing accurate payment and shipping details;

  • Following product instructions;

  • Inspecting products before use;

  • Using products safely;

  • Supervising children;

  • Complying with local laws;

  • Responding to carrier communications; and

  • Reporting qualifying order problems promptly.

You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your intentional misconduct, unlawful activity, misuse, or material violation of these Terms.

39. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Salted Logic and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising directly from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website;

  • Your intentional misuse of a product;

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights;

  • User content submitted by you;

  • Fraud committed by you; or

  • Your material breach of these Terms.

This section does not require you to indemnify Salted Logic for its own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of mandatory consumer obligations.

40. Force Majeure

Salted Logic is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Severe weather;

  • Fire;

  • Flood;

  • Earthquake;

  • Epidemic or pandemic;

  • War;

  • Terrorism;

  • Civil unrest;

  • Government action;

  • Customs action;

  • Trade restrictions;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Carrier interruption;

  • Port congestion;

  • Transportation failure;

  • Power failure;

  • Internet disruption;

  • Cyberattack;

  • Supplier failure; or

  • Other comparable events.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services when practical.

This section does not remove any refund or other right that applicable law requires.

41. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you materially violate these Terms or engage in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or harmful conduct.

Termination does not affect:

  • Rights accrued before termination;

  • Outstanding payment obligations;

  • Pending orders;

  • Lawful investigations;

  • Intellectual-property rights; or

  • Provisions intended to survive termination.

Sections relating to payments, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other continuing obligations survive termination where applicable.

42. No Waiver

If Salted Logic does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the provision or the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly provided in writing by an authorized representative.

43. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

44. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Salted Logic may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, financing, transfer of the business, or engagement of a successor operator, subject to applicable law.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and disclosures incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salted Logic concerning your use of the website and purchase of products.

They replace prior discussions, communications, or understandings concerning the same subject matter.

Product-specific terms or written commitments expressly accepted by Salted Logic may supplement these Terms.

46. Interpretation

Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a section.

Words such as “including” and “include” mean “including without limitation.”

A reference to applicable law includes amendments, replacements, and legally binding regulations made under that law.

Any ambiguity will not automatically be interpreted against the party that prepared these Terms.

47. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any purchase from Salted Logic are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the legal operator of Salted Logic is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the jurisdiction in which that consumer resides.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Send a dispute notice to:

support@saltedlogic.store

The notice should include:

  • Your name;

  • Order number;

  • Contact information;

  • A description of the dispute; and

  • The resolution requested.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or dispute-resolution authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

These Terms do not require a consumer to waive access to a court, regulator, payment-provider process, or statutory remedy that cannot legally be waived.
