Shipping policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Thank you for shopping with Salted Logic.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, tracked, and delivered. It also explains what customers should do if an order is delayed, lost, damaged, delivered incorrectly, or affected by an address problem.
Please review this policy before placing an order.
By completing a purchase through Salted Logic, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Shipping Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. Shipping Destinations
Salted Logic currently sells primarily to customers located in the United States.
We may ship to eligible residential and commercial addresses within the United States, subject to:
-
Product availability;
-
Warehouse availability;
-
Carrier coverage;
-
Address eligibility;
-
Product restrictions;
-
Shipping-method availability; and
-
Applicable laws or regulations.
Shipping availability may be more limited for:
-
Alaska;
-
Hawaii;
-
Puerto Rico;
-
Other United States territories;
-
PO boxes;
-
APO, FPO, and DPO addresses;
-
Remote locations; and
-
Addresses not serviced by our available carriers.
An order may be cancelled and refunded if no suitable shipping method is available for the address or product selected.
2. Third-Party Fulfillment
Salted Logic operates using a third-party fulfillment model.
We may use EPROLO and its connected suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, and shipping carriers to:
-
Source products;
-
Maintain inventory;
-
Process orders;
-
Conduct basic fulfillment checks;
-
Package products;
-
Generate shipping labels;
-
Arrange transportation;
-
Provide tracking information; and
-
Deliver orders.
Salted Logic does not necessarily possess or physically ship every product sold through the store.
Your purchase is made from Salted Logic. EPROLO, its suppliers, warehouses, and shipping carriers are not parties to the retail sales agreement between you and Salted Logic.
Questions or claims concerning an order must be submitted to Salted Logic rather than directly to a supplier or fulfillment warehouse.
3. Shipping Origins
Products may be shipped from:
-
A fulfillment warehouse located in the United States;
-
A fulfillment warehouse located in China; or
-
Another available domestic or international fulfillment location.
Whenever appropriate inventory is available, we may fulfill an order from a United States warehouse.
If the selected product or variation is unavailable domestically, it may be fulfilled from an international warehouse.
The warehouse used may depend on:
-
Product availability;
-
Selected variation;
-
Customer destination;
-
Shipping-method availability;
-
Warehouse inventory;
-
Supplier availability;
-
Package weight or dimensions; and
-
Other operational considerations.
Customers cannot ordinarily select the fulfillment warehouse unless an option is expressly displayed on the product page or during checkout.
4. Order Processing
Order processing begins after payment has been successfully authorized and the order has passed any necessary verification.
Orders are ordinarily processed within one to four business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.
Processing may take longer because of:
-
High order volume;
-
Seasonal demand;
-
Public holidays;
-
Product availability;
-
Address verification;
-
Payment verification;
-
Fraud-prevention review;
-
Supplier delays;
-
Warehouse disruptions;
-
Product quality concerns; or
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
An order may enter fulfillment before a shipping confirmation or tracking email is sent.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the product, fulfillment location, selected shipping method, customer address, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances.
Our general estimates are as follows:
Products shipped from a United States warehouse
Estimated delivery is ordinarily:
3–10 business days after dispatch
Products shipped from an international warehouse
Estimated delivery is ordinarily:
7–20 business days after dispatch
These estimates do not include order-processing time.
For example, an internationally fulfilled order may require one to four business days for processing, followed by approximately seven to twenty business days in transit.
The product page, cart, checkout, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation may display a more specific estimate. Where a more specific estimate is provided for a product or shipping method, that estimate should be used as the primary reference.
6. Delivery Dates Are Estimates
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless Salted Logic expressly provides a written delivery guarantee.
Estimated delivery dates are not promises that an order will arrive on a particular date.
Actual delivery may occur earlier or later than estimated because of:
-
Carrier performance;
-
Customs processing;
-
Weather;
-
Holiday congestion;
-
Flight availability;
-
Transportation disruptions;
-
Security inspections;
-
Local delivery conditions;
-
Address problems;
-
Public emergencies; or
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delay beyond the estimated date does not automatically mean that the package is lost or that the order qualifies for an immediate refund.
7. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping charges may vary according to:
-
Product;
-
Package weight;
-
Package dimensions;
-
Shipping destination;
-
Fulfillment warehouse;
-
Carrier;
-
Shipping method;
-
Promotional offer; and
-
Order value.
We may offer:
-
Free standard shipping;
-
Flat-rate shipping;
-
Product-specific shipping;
-
Promotional shipping discounts; or
-
Other shipping options.
A free-shipping promotion does not mean that an order will be shipped using an expedited service.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges do not include unexpected duties, customs charges, remote-area fees, address-correction fees, redelivery charges, or other costs caused by inaccurate customer information or customer inaction.
8. Multiple Products and Separate Shipments
Products within the same order may be supplied by different warehouses or suppliers.
As a result:
-
Products may be shipped separately;
-
Packages may leave on different dates;
-
Products may arrive on different dates;
-
Different carriers may be used;
-
Multiple tracking numbers may be issued; and
-
One item may arrive while another remains in transit.
A partially delivered order does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
Please review all tracking numbers and shipment notifications before reporting a missing product.
Unless otherwise disclosed, customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because Salted Logic divides an order into multiple shipments.
9. Packaging
Products may arrive in:
-
Standard fulfillment packaging;
-
Supplier packaging;
-
Carrier packaging;
-
Separate packages;
-
Packaging displaying a warehouse or logistics address; or
-
Branded packaging where available.
The sender name or return address printed on a package may belong to a fulfillment provider, warehouse, logistics provider, or carrier.
A package sender address is not necessarily an authorized return address.
Do not return a product to an address printed on the package unless Salted Logic has provided written return authorization and instructed you to use that address.
10. Shipping Confirmation
After an order has been dispatched, we will ordinarily send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
The shipping confirmation may include:
-
Carrier name;
-
Tracking number;
-
Tracking link;
-
Shipment date;
-
Products included in the shipment; and
-
Estimated delivery information.
A shipping confirmation may be sent separately for each package.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking spam, promotions, or junk folders for order notifications.
11. Tracking Information
Tracking is provided where available.
After a tracking number is created, it may take approximately 24–72 hours before the carrier displays meaningful movement.
During international transit, tracking may not update continuously. A package may travel between facilities or countries before another tracking event is recorded.
Tracking delays do not necessarily indicate that a package is lost.
Tracking information is supplied by third-party carriers. Salted Logic cannot guarantee that carrier systems will update accurately or in real time.
12. Tracking Statuses
Common tracking statuses may include:
Label created or shipment information received
The carrier has received electronic shipment information, but the package may still be awaiting collection or its first physical scan.
In transit
The package is travelling between carrier facilities or toward the destination.
Customs processing
The package is undergoing an import, inspection, security, or clearance process.
Delivery attempted
The carrier attempted delivery but could not complete it.
Available for collection
The package is waiting at a carrier facility, post office, locker, or pickup point.
Delivered
Carrier records indicate that the package was delivered to the address or an authorized delivery location.
13. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, current, and accurate shipping address.
The address should include, where applicable:
-
Recipient’s full name;
-
Street number;
-
Street name;
-
Apartment, suite, or unit number;
-
Building name;
-
City;
-
State;
-
ZIP code;
-
Telephone number; and
-
Necessary delivery instructions.
Salted Logic is not ordinarily responsible for loss, delay, return, destruction, misdelivery, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Please review your address carefully before completing checkout.
14. Address Changes
Contact us immediately at support@saltedlogic.store if you notice an address error.
We will attempt to assist, but an address change is not guaranteed.
An address generally cannot be changed after the order has:
-
Entered fulfillment;
-
Been submitted to a supplier;
-
Been packed;
-
Received a shipping label;
-
Been transferred to a carrier; or
-
Been shipped.
Submitting an address-change request does not mean the address has been changed. The change is effective only if Salted Logic confirms it in writing.
If the address cannot be changed, the customer remains responsible for delivery consequences arising from the original address provided.
15. Address Correction and Reshipment Costs
If a package is returned, redirected, or rejected because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require payment for:
-
Address-correction fees;
-
Return transportation;
-
Redelivery;
-
Reshipment;
-
Replacement product cost;
-
Handling;
-
Customs charges; and
-
Other related costs.
A replacement or reshipment will not be sent until the applicable charge has been paid, unless required otherwise by law.
If the package cannot be recovered or returned, a refund may not be available.
16. Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and cooperating with the carrier.
A carrier may require:
-
A signature;
-
Access to a building;
-
Response to a telephone call;
-
Additional address information;
-
Collection from a pickup location;
-
Payment of a lawful import charge; or
-
Completion of a customs procedure.
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:
-
Attempt redelivery;
-
Hold the package;
-
Leave it at an authorized location;
-
Return it to the sender;
-
Treat it as unclaimed; or
-
Dispose of it according to carrier procedures.
Salted Logic is not ordinarily responsible for delivery failure caused by a customer’s failure to respond, collect the package, provide access, or cooperate with the carrier.
17. PO Boxes and Military Addresses
Some products and shipping methods cannot be delivered to:
-
PO boxes;
-
APO addresses;
-
FPO addresses;
-
DPO addresses; or
-
Certain military or diplomatic locations.
If no eligible shipping method is available, we may request an alternative address or cancel and refund the affected item.
18. Customs and International Fulfillment
Some orders delivered within the United States may be shipped from an international fulfillment warehouse.
Such orders may undergo:
-
Customs screening;
-
Import processing;
-
Security inspection;
-
Carrier transfer; or
-
Other cross-border procedures.
Customs processing is controlled by government authorities and shipping providers, not Salted Logic.
Customs clearance may extend the delivery time.
19. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Where possible, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
However, internationally fulfilled orders may, in uncommon circumstances, be subject to:
-
Import duties;
-
Customs charges;
-
Brokerage fees;
-
Inspection fees;
-
Local handling fees; or
-
Other government-imposed charges.
Unless expressly stated as included during checkout, such charges may be payable by the recipient.
Salted Logic does not control government assessments and cannot guarantee that an international shipment will be free from additional charges.
If you receive an unexpected customs request, contact us before refusing the package.
20. Refused Packages
Refusing delivery is not an approved method of cancelling or returning an order.
If a customer refuses a package without prior written authorization, the package may be:
-
Returned to the fulfillment warehouse;
-
Held by the carrier;
-
Abandoned;
-
Destroyed; or
-
Subject to additional charges.
The customer may be responsible for:
-
Original shipping charges;
-
Return shipping;
-
Customs charges;
-
Storage fees;
-
Handling fees;
-
Redelivery costs; and
-
Replacement costs.
Any recoverable amount may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund where permitted by law.
A refund is not guaranteed for a refused package.
21. Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for collecting a package when tracking shows that it is available at a:
-
Post office;
-
Carrier facility;
-
Parcel shop;
-
Locker;
-
Customs location; or
-
Other pickup point.
Packages that are not collected within the carrier’s required period may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed.
Salted Logic is not ordinarily responsible for loss caused by a customer’s failure to collect a package or respond to a delivery notice.
22. Shipping Delays
Shipping may be delayed because of circumstances including:
-
Severe weather;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Carrier congestion;
-
Public holidays;
-
Black Friday or holiday demand;
-
Customs processing;
-
Port congestion;
-
Flight cancellations;
-
Transportation interruptions;
-
Labor disputes;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Security inspections;
-
Epidemics or public-health emergencies;
-
War or civil unrest;
-
Cyber incidents;
-
Supplier interruptions; or
-
Other events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide relevant updates when we become aware of a significant delay.
A shipment delay does not automatically create eligibility for compensation, expedited replacement, or an immediate refund.
23. Substantially Delayed Orders
For orders delivered to the United States, contact us if tracking shows that the order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch.
This timeframe is measured from the date the package leaves the fulfillment warehouse, not the date the order was placed.
We may then:
-
Review the tracking history;
-
Contact the carrier;
-
Contact the fulfillment provider;
-
Request confirmation of the address;
-
Open a shipping investigation; or
-
Ask the customer for additional information.
Orders may require a longer review period during major seasonal congestion or exceptional events outside reasonable control.
A refund or replacement will be considered after the shipment is confirmed lost, undeliverable, or otherwise eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.
24. Lost Packages
A package is not considered lost solely because:
-
Tracking has not updated recently;
-
Delivery is later than expected;
-
The shipment is undergoing customs processing;
-
The package remains within an active carrier investigation; or
-
The estimated delivery date has passed.
A package may qualify as lost if the carrier or fulfillment provider confirms that it cannot be located or delivered.
If a shipment is confirmed lost, Salted Logic may provide:
-
A replacement;
-
A reshipment;
-
A refund for the affected item; or
-
Another appropriate resolution required by law.
The available remedy may depend on product availability, carrier findings, and the circumstances of the shipment.
25. Packages Marked as Delivered
If carrier tracking shows that a package has been delivered, it will ordinarily be treated as delivered.
If you cannot locate it, you should:
-
Confirm that the shipping address is correct;
-
Check your mailbox, porch, entrance, garage, side door, or other delivery locations;
-
Ask household members;
-
Ask neighbors;
-
Contact building reception, security, or management;
-
Check for a carrier delivery photograph;
-
Contact the carrier; and
-
Allow up to 48 hours, because some carriers record delivery shortly before final placement.
If the package remains missing, contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.
We may request:
-
Written carrier confirmation;
-
A delivery investigation;
-
Proof of misdelivery;
-
Confirmation of the shipping address; or
-
Other reasonable information.
A refund or replacement is not automatically available solely because a customer cannot locate a package that carrier records show as correctly delivered.
Salted Logic is not ordinarily responsible for theft or loss occurring after correct delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
26. Damaged Packages
If a package or product arrives materially damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
-
Your order number;
-
A description of the damage;
-
Photographs of the entire product;
-
Close-up photographs of the damaged area;
-
Photographs of the external packaging;
-
Photographs of internal packaging;
-
A photograph of the shipping label; and
-
Video evidence where reasonably requested.
Keep the product and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Damage claims are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Damage to packaging alone does not qualify for a refund when the product itself is complete, undamaged, and functional.
27. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or a product is missing after all shipments have been delivered, contact us within seven calendar days.
Before submitting a claim, confirm whether:
-
The order was divided into multiple shipments;
-
Another tracking number remains active;
-
A second package is still in transit; or
-
Another household member accepted a package.
Your claim should include:
-
Order number;
-
Photographs of everything received;
-
Photographs of the packaging;
-
Photograph of the shipping label; and
-
A clear description of the problem.
Incorrect and missing-item claims are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
28. Product Availability After Purchase
Inventory is maintained by third-party suppliers and warehouses and may change unexpectedly.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable before shipment, we may:
-
Cancel and refund the affected product;
-
Offer a suitable alternative;
-
Offer another variation;
-
Wait for restocking with your agreement; or
-
Contact you for instructions.
You are not required to accept a substitute.
If you decline a substitute, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
29. Orders That Cannot Be Shipped
An item may be cancelled if:
-
No suitable shipping route is available;
-
The destination is not supported;
-
The product is restricted by a carrier;
-
The item cannot lawfully be transported;
-
The warehouse cannot fulfill the order;
-
The supplier discontinues the product; or
-
Shipment becomes impractical for another legitimate reason.
If the inability to ship is not caused by customer information or conduct, the affected product will be refunded.
30. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders are submitted for fulfillment shortly after payment is confirmed.
To request cancellation, contact:
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
An order generally cannot be cancelled after it has:
-
Entered fulfillment;
-
Been ordered from the supplier;
-
Been packed;
-
Received a tracking number;
-
Been transferred to a carrier; or
-
Been shipped.
Order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
31. Carrier Selection
Salted Logic and its fulfillment providers select carriers based on:
-
Product;
-
Destination;
-
Warehouse;
-
Shipping method;
-
Package dimensions;
-
Package weight;
-
Carrier availability; and
-
Expected delivery performance.
A customer generally cannot request a particular carrier unless the option is offered during checkout.
Carriers may include postal services, regional couriers, international logistics providers, and last-mile delivery partners.
A shipment may be transferred between multiple carriers before final delivery.
32. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available only when expressly displayed during checkout.
Selecting expedited shipping ordinarily accelerates transportation after dispatch. It does not necessarily eliminate:
-
Order-processing time;
-
Payment verification;
-
Fraud review;
-
Supplier processing;
-
Customs inspection;
-
Carrier service interruptions; or
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
Any delivery estimate for expedited shipping remains an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
33. Combining Orders
Separate orders cannot ordinarily be combined after they are submitted.
Each order may be processed independently and may receive separate:
-
Shipping charges;
-
Packages;
-
Tracking numbers; and
-
Delivery dates.
34. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
-
Reviewing the shipping estimate before purchase;
-
Providing an accurate address;
-
Providing valid contact information;
-
Monitoring tracking;
-
Responding to carrier messages;
-
Providing access to the delivery location;
-
Collecting packages promptly;
-
Completing necessary customs procedures;
-
Inspecting the order after delivery; and
-
Reporting qualifying problems within the stated period.
Failure to complete these responsibilities may affect eligibility for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
35. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment of products that:
-
Cannot be safely transported;
-
Are restricted by a carrier;
-
Are prohibited at the destination;
-
Require unavailable documentation;
-
Exceed carrier limitations;
-
Present a legal or compliance concern; or
-
Cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
We may also limit shipment to customers, accounts, payment methods, or addresses associated with suspected fraud or repeated policy abuse, subject to applicable law.
36. Force Majeure
Salted Logic is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Severe weather;
-
Fire;
-
Flood;
-
Earthquake;
-
Pandemic or epidemic;
-
War;
-
Terrorism;
-
Civil unrest;
-
Government action;
-
Customs action;
-
Trade restrictions;
-
Labor disputes;
-
Port congestion;
-
Transportation failure;
-
Carrier interruption;
-
Internet or power failure;
-
Cyberattack;
-
Supplier interruption; or
-
Similar events.
We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected operations when practical.
This section does not exclude any customer remedy that applicable law requires.
37. Fraudulent or Abusive Shipping Claims
Salted Logic may investigate claims involving suspected:
-
False non-delivery reports;
-
Altered tracking information;
-
Repeated loss claims;
-
Misrepresentation of an address;
-
Deliberate package refusal;
-
Reshipment abuse;
-
Chargeback abuse; or
-
Other fraudulent conduct.
We may request reasonable supporting evidence and may provide relevant records to carriers, Shopify, payment providers, insurers, or lawful authorities.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from submitting a genuine shipping claim or exercising a lawful consumer right.
38. Relationship With the Return and Refund Policy
Claims concerning:
-
Damaged products;
-
Defective products;
-
Incorrect products;
-
Missing items;
-
Lost packages;
-
Refused packages;
-
Unclaimed packages;
-
Refunds;
-
Replacements; and
-
Returns
are also governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
If this Shipping Policy conflicts with the Return and Refund Policy concerning eligibility for a return, refund, or replacement, the Return and Refund Policy will control, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
39. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in:
-
Our products;
-
Shipping methods;
-
Warehouse locations;
-
Carrier services;
-
Fulfillment arrangements;
-
Shopify features;
-
Applicable laws; or
-
Operational requirements.
The revised policy will be published on our website with an updated “Last updated” date.
The policy in effect when an order is placed will ordinarily apply to that order, except where a later change is required by law.
