Returns and Order Issues
Please report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Verified manufacturing defects should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. Incorrect products, incorrect variations, or missing components should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To submit a claim, email support@saltedlogic.store with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, original packaging, and shipping label. An unboxing video may help speed up the review process but is not required.
Please retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Do not discard, repair, alter, use, or return the product unless instructed to do so by our customer support team.
Once the required information and supporting evidence have been received, we will review the claim with our fulfilment partner. If the claim is verified and approved, the resolution may include a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Claims submitted outside the applicable reporting period or without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for compensation.
